In this series of articles, we will focus on the daily lives of HAA members, each of whom has a unique personality, and introduce their "life with deep breaths.
The HAA members are diverse in age, gender, location, and lifestyle, but they all share a common desire to "live a life of deep breathing.
In this third installment, we will introduce the lifestyle of Ishikawa, who is in charge of HAA's business development and data strategy.
Schedule for a certain day.
Ishikawa lives in Kannawa, Beppu, the birthplace of HAA. Originally, he was busy working for a start-up company in Tokyo. Then, his work became fully remote with Corona Disaster. This led him to begin a life of traveling around Japan as an address hopper while working as a full-time office worker.
(*Address hopper...refers to a person who lives from one place to another without a specific home to settle down in)
After traveling around Japan, I finally arrived at the city of Beppu.
The city was so attractive that it made me think "I want to live in this city" in just a few days.
It was during my time in Beppu that I met Ikeda, the president of HAA, and decided to change jobs.
I am currently supporting the company's backbone as the person in charge of business development and data strategy.
A deep breath of life
CHECK ①▶"Ha~" at a hot spring before or after work.
Ishikawa always soaks in a hot spring before and after work.
This custom, which is unique to hot spring resorts, is now becoming a part of Ishikawa's daily life. In addition to the "Sujiyu" introduced in a recent issue of the Journal, he also visits nearby public bathhouses depending on his mood and physical condition that day.
I find that soaking in the hot springs really deepens my breathing. After bathing, I often meditate on the porch of my home. After soaking in the hot springs, my mind and body are relaxed, so I feel like I am naturally in a better state to meditate.
CHECK②▶The existence of music that enriches our days.
The time spent in contact with music is also a very important HAA time. He practices bass, piano, acoustic guitar, and other instruments after work on weekdays and on his days off, and composes music. ...... Even with his busy schedule, he seems to make good use of the time he has to devote to the things he loves.
I played piano in my childhood, brass band in junior high and high school, and was a member of an a cappella group at university. Music is very close to my heart, and Beppu is a musician-friendly city, which is one of the reasons I like it so much. There are hot springs, which I love, music, and friendly people. I thought there is no other city like it.
Living in a town I love after traveling around JapanI fell in love with Beppu. It has been about six months since I fell in love with Beppu and started living here. Now, Ishikawa, who seems to have made the daily hot spring baths and deep-breathing lifestyle his own, told us once again about the charms of Beppu.
Ishikawa is now living in Beppu, Japan.
"The view is also fascinating. You can see the ocean from a hill, and when you look back, there are mountains. I love the scenery of the city with the steam rising up from everywhere, it's so beautiful that I can't stop gazing at it.
"Through HAA's products and services, I would like to share the importance of deep breathing that I feel here with everyone around the world. >------------
In this issue, we introduced HAA member Ishikawa's "deep breathing in daily life.
The place where you live has a direct impact on your life.
The Kannawa Onsen area is a town of deep breathing, where you can hear the sound of "Ha~" leaking from public bathhouses all over town. It is a wonderful place that makes you want to visit and live there again and again.
What kind of town do you live in?
What kind of town do you live in? I am sure there are wonderful landscapes there as well.
When you find a HAA spot near you, please take a deep breath.
See you next time.
