Taxes & Customs

As our products are shipped from Japan they may be subject to taxes and to customs fees in the country of delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on where you live, the weight of your package and the shipping method you choose.Exact shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

●Shipping Date

We ship on the next 7 business day after the order confirmation date. Our business days for shipping are Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer and New Year's holidays. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer and New Year's holidays.
* The number of business days for shipment may vary depending on the time of year.

●Arrival Date
Arrival date cannot be specified.
●Tracking Number notification

After the product is shipped, we will send you a shipment completion e-mail with the tracking number of the courier company. You can check the delivery status from the tracking number. For details, please check the courier company's package tracking page. International shipping is handled by DHL.

●Change of Shipping Address

We prepare for shipment at any time after sending the "Order Confirmation E-mail". Once you receive the "Order Confirmation E-mail", changes to your order (including date/time changes, address changes, and cancellations) are not possible. Please understand this in advance. If you wish to change your delivery address, please change the delivery address (forwarding) by yourself after you receive the "Order Confirmation E-mail".

Amounts shown do not include tax. Upon receipt of your goods, you may be charged additional customs duties and VAT by local customs.

Return

Returns due to defective products or shipping errors
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise by using the contact form below to provide us with your order number and details of the merchandise you wish to return. ※<Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal>で決済している場合は決済先でも情報の変更が必要です。変更方法は各決済先へお問い合わせください。
・お支払方法(クレジットカード)の変更
・スキップ・解約

4. スキップ・解約の方法

●「スキップ」とは次回お届け分を1回お休みできるシステムです。
連続最大6回までスキップが可能です。
スキップ期間が終了した場合、自動で定期購入決済が再開されます。
スキップの設定は次回ご注文日までに「定期購入マイページ」より設定できます。

1. マイページにログインし、「定期購入マイページ」を選択する
2. 「詳細の確認をする」を選択する
3.「スキップする」を選択する

●定期購入商品の「解約」をご希望の場合は、次回ご注文日までに定期購入マイページより申込できます。

次回ご注文日は定期購入マイページにてご確認できます。

商品発送後のキャンセル(スキップ・解約)は対応しておりません。ご了承ください。
購入履歴は定期購入マイページより確認できます。
※解約の場合は継続回数は引き継がれません

Gift Wrapping

●Wrapping

Only "HAA for bath Hibi (10 packets)", "HAA for bath Hibi (5 packets)" and "HAA for bath small box" can be gift wrapped for a fee. Please select the "Gift wrapping" and "Wrapping bag" check boxes when you add the product to your cart from the product detail screen.
