In this issue, we would like to introduce the novelties that HAA produced for Miyoshi Real Estate, a Fukuoka-based company with a history of over 70 years.

Miyoshi Real Estate Founded in 1951, Miyoshi Real Estate is a general real estate company based in Fukuoka. We are developing all kinds of businesses related to real estate, such as rental property management, brokerage, real estate sales and inheritance consultation.
Since its establishment, the company has developed its business under the slogan "From parents to children, a relationship of trust" and with the vision of "all for family". In dealing with "homes," which are the foundation for a secure life, our corporate culture is rooted in valuing all the "people" involved as if they were family members.
The spirit of connecting with people is also expressed in the novelties they create and give away every year.
HAA is honored to be associated with the production of such important novelties. In this issue, we would like to share with you the background of the project.
Original Novelty (3 pcs.)
The novelty we produced this time is a type of original package containing three bags of bath salts HAA for bath. On the back of the wrapper of the bath salts is a short essay, which can be read before, during, and after bathing to deepen one's breathing. Three essays were selected from a total of 25 different essays.
The package is embellished with a glittering blue foil-stamped logo, creating a high-quality gift box to deliver your precious thoughts.
We spoke with Ms. Keiko Kawaguchi, who is in charge of this project and is in charge of the Public Relations Section of Miyoshi Real Estate's President's Office, about the production of this novelty.
● How novelties are used
Miyoshi Real Estate has many occasions to give out novelties.
What is the use of the novelties that are originally produced every year?
"We give novelties as birthday gifts to property owners every year, and our first order from HAA was a novelty for a birthday gift, but we also use them in a wide range of other ways, such as thanking people for their business, at dinners, as year-end and New Year's greetings, and for customers' anniversaries,
● Reasons for choosing HAA
Mr. Kawaguchi learned about HAA through a personal experience when he received a HAA gift from an acquaintance.
"When I first saw it, I wondered what it was? I was impressed by the exciting and stylish design.
"When I actually put the bath salts into the bathtub, the softness of the water and the sensation of a warm body were very soothing. The experience of being relieved by reading the accompanying essay was also rare and very memorable.
Decisive factor for the plus-plus-plus
We deeply sympathized with HAA's mission of "bringing deep breaths into daily life" and their desire to preserve and pass on the onsen and hot-spring cure culture that has been passed down from generation to generation. As a local company, we also value our ties with the local community. When we presented our proposal, including this background, to the representative, he liked it so much that he immediately adopted it at a meeting of the board of directors.

After the project began, you selected three of the 25 total essays. We asked them about the key points that were important to them in selecting the essays.
"For one, I thought it would be good to have a title that included the word 'deep breath,' which is important to HAA, so I chose 'A Deep Breath Before the Beginning.
"For the other two, I chose 'To a Warm Place' and 'A Friendly Patronage,' hoping that readers would be reminded of their daily lives and have a heartwarming experience.
We also listened to your requests for the package design and made many fine adjustments to the design.
"We asked them to create an original package with both our logo and HAA's logo to create a sense of collaboration. The package is based on a gray base color, and the logo is foil-stamped in shiny blue, giving it a luxurious and sophisticated feel.
The completed novelties are actually being used in a variety of settings. We asked them what kind of response they have received.
"They have been very well received. We give them not only as special gifts, but also on a daily basis, such as when greeting business partners or meeting customers for the first time in a long time.
Because it is something they give to their valued customers, they wanted their employees to experience the benefits of the product as well, so they distributed it to a total of about 600 employees.
"Many of them said they were impressed by the gentle feel of the bath salts when they put them in. Some said they liked the stylish design and actively wanted to give them to their customers. I think it is very important for a novelty product that the employees themselves think it is really good.
Finally, we asked what novelties mean to Miyoshi Real Estate.
"We believe that novelties are a way to give form to the feelings of gratitude or labor that we want to convey to the recipient, and to properly deliver them to the recipient.
