This journal is a prologue to introduce the background of this project.

Before we begin the project, let me reintroduce HAA.
HAA is a lifestyle brand based on the concept of "Touji," an ancient Japanese healing method.
The first product to be created is the HAA for bath series. The products use hot spring flowers carefully cultivated by artisans in Beppu, a region that has inherited the culture of hot-spring cures. The brand's mission is to "bring a deep breath of fresh air into your daily life" by providing the feeling of a hot spring bath in your own home.
Two years have passed since the launch of the product.
Two years after its launch, we have received messages from our customers saying, "I soak in a HAA bath on a tiring day," or "I gave HAA to my precious partner.
Among these messages, we began to receive comments such as, "My friend gave it to me and it was very good.
