Order Information

I did not receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Order confirmation emails are usually sent within a few business days after an order is placed, but if you do not receive it after waiting a few days, it may have been sorted into your junk mail. Please check your junk mail box and if you do not see it, please contact us. To ensure that you receive our e-mails smoothly, please set up your domain name and e-mail address to receive "@haajapan.com" in the "Allow e-mail addresses to be received" settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can you issue a receipt?
Receipts can be issued for each order from the order history on My Page, the order completion screen, or the order completion e-mail. If you would like to change the name of the recipient, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you live, the weight of your package and the shipping method you choose.Exact shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Delivery date cannot be specified.
I want to know the status of my delivery.
After the product is shipped, a shipment completion e-mail with the courier company's invoice number is sent. You can check the delivery status from the invoice number. For details, please refer to the courier company's package tracking page.
Can I return an item after purchase?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We will prepare for shipment at any time after the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent. Once you receive the "Order Confirmation E-mail," changes to your order (including date/time changes, address changes, and cancellations) are not possible. Please understand this in advance. If you wish to change your delivery address, please do so by yourself after receiving the "Order Confirmation E-mail".

Product Information

Will it damage the bath tub?
Although Yunohana are used as raw materials, they are refined and do not contain sulfur, which can damage bath tubs.

Are there any bathtub materials that cannot be used?
Avoid using bathtubs made of natural marble, as the surface may lose its luster or become discolored. Also, avoid using wooden bathtubs, as they may become covered with a smear that is difficult to remove.
Can the bathtub be reheated?
Since it does not contain sulfur, which can damage bathtubs, it can basically be used. However, 24-hour baths with a filtration function should not be used, as the muriarashi component may adhere to the filtration system and degrade the filtration function.
Can I use leftover water for laundry?
Leftover water can be used for washing clothes, but should not be used in combination with fabric softener or for washing freshly laundered clothes. Do not leave the water to soak, and use clean water for rinsing.
Can I bathe with my baby?
We recommend starting from a thinner layer around 3-4 months of age, when the baby's skin becomes more stable.

Taxes & Customs

Do I have to pay taxes and customs fees before delivery?
As our products are shipped from Japan they may be subject to taxes and to customs fees in the country of delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can my package be declared to customs as a gift?
Due to shipping regulations out of our control, we cannot claim orders as gifts at customs.
My package was sent back to Bento&co. Do I have to pay for shipping again?
Packages are sometimes sent back to our offices for a variety of reasons (incomplete shipping address, package was not picked up within post office retention period, etc.). In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying the fee to re-ship the package. If you do not want to pay a re-shipping fee, we will refund your order (minus the shipping fee, if applicable).

Shipping & Tracking

Where is my package?
Orders sent with our registered/tracked shipping method generally take around 9-20 business days to be delivered. These estimated windows begin after orders leave our warehouse. Please contact us if your package is not delivered within the estimated shipping window.Also don’t be alarmed if your package looks like it is stuck in japan on the JP Post website! In most cases, once your order has left Japan, tracking can take up to a few weeks to update on your regional postal service website once it is in the hands of your regional shipping provider. Your tracking will begin to update again after your package arrives in your country.

Can you wrap it?

Only "HAA for bath Hibi (10 packets)", "HAA for bath Hibi (5 packets)" and "HAA for bath small box" can be gift wrapped for a fee.
