The procedure is very simple and both are easy HAA times to incorporate into your life.

[What you will need]
- A basin or tub large enough to put your feet and hands on
- Towels
- Hot water (to prevent the water temperature from gradually dropping)
- Drinks (remember to stay hydrated)

Preparation]
- Lay out towels on the floor
- Prepare hot water (an electric kettle is useful)
- Keep drinks within easy reach.
